1)Characteristics: wide speed range, multi-steps, fast, wide application, compact, light(148kgs

                             net),small volume(1100x498x600mm),safe, reliable, high efficiency, etc.

2)Composition: Diesel Engine, Clutch, Transform Gear Box, Brake, Planetary Gear Reducer

                         Drum(groove bottom dia.160mm), Supporting Bottom Frame with Anchoring Eyes.

3)Diesel Engine model 186F with hand start(pulling), 5.7kw cap., 3000 rpm, air-cooled

4)3 separate control handles on Transform Gear Box:

1 handle (primary speed control) on the top of Transform Gear Box with 3 positions

(options): I (HIGH), PAUSE and II(LOW)

2 handles on the same side of Transform Gear Box; one is for secondary speed control

with 3 positions(options): FAST,PAUSE and SLOW; the other is for operating direction

control with 3 positions(options): WINDING,PAUSE and UNWINDING.

5)Speed Combination

There is a plate on the top of Transform Gear Box showing speed combination and

indicating the operation direction(WINDING or UNWINDING or PAUSE).

4 speed steps to be selected by setting/switching Primary Speed Control Handle and

Secondary speed Control Handle at different positions:

1.Fastest Speed Step and Corresponding Pulling Force: max. 24m/min and max. 0.9 ton

   (primary speed control handle at I(HIGH) position and secondary speed control

   handle at FAST position)

2.Fast Speed Step and Corresponding Pulling Force:  max. 13m/min and max. 1.5 ton

   (primary speed control handle at I(HIGH) position and secondary speed control handle at SLOW

   position)

3.Slow Speed Step and Corresponding Pulling Force:  max. 8m/min and max. 2.5 ton

  (primary speed control handle at II(LOW) position and secondary speed control

  handle at FAST position)

4.Slowest Speed Step and Corresponding Pulling Force:max. 4m/min and max. 5.0 ton

  (primary speed control handle at II(LOW) position and secondary speed control

  handle at SLOW position)

  Unwinding operation (release load,etc.) has the same 4 speed steps(options) as well.

6)Operational Notes:

Clutch should be in disconnection position before start, and quickly connecting of the Clutch

is requested after the engine is starting work. But rude disconnecting of the clutch with

excessive force should be avoided then. Clutch should also be first disconnected before

switching of the speed.

If feeling resistance during the process of switching of speed(gears), connect the clutch a

little so as to have the gears in right position. Rude switching is prohibited.

After the winch is installed, it should be warm-up running without load for 10 minutes,during

which the operator is supposed check if clutch, handles and other parts are in good condition.

This model is 5T capacity, and overload application is not recommendable.
